Kimball is amazing! From the moment I pulled up, he was so kind, upbeat, and genuinely welcoming. Kimball made the experience feel personal and fun, and you can tell he truly care about making customers’ days better. My drink was made perfectly and the positive energy alone was enough to put me in a great mood. He even took the time to explain the menu and customize what my party likes. I’ve been waiting for this coffee shop to open for months. I live in the St. Cloud area and had to travel to Lakeland so I thought this would be the best time to try it. By far the best frozen coffee I’ve ever had in my life. I am so picky when it comes to my coffee, but now I’m sad that they don’t have one and the same cloud area. now I’m sad that they don’t have one in the saint cloud area. But I would literally drive far out just to get this coffee. Service was quick and friendly too !

I love coming to Dutch brothers every time I'm in orlando. The only other time we get to enjoy the deliciousness is when visiting California. They have such a wide variety of drinks that it is kind of hard to choose one and every time I pick something it is absolutely delicious. My new favorite is the white chocolate latte iced. Make sure you download their app for rewards.

Their service here is top notch! It’s very rare when you meet a whole crew of employees that are so positive and welcoming. Hats off to the manager for hiring such a great crew. The only thing that I wasn’t happy with was my mocha cold brew. It was a little watered down. If it wasn’t for that, I would give them five stars all the way!

I tried Dutch Bros because I heard so much about it. Dutch Bros offers a wide variety of drinks, from classic coffees to creative and seasonal concoctions. The first thing I noticed was that the drive-thru line was quite long. For a quicker option, I recommend trying the walk-up window. The overall vibe at Dutch Bros is lively and welcoming. The staff is efficient and friendly. Overall, it reminds me of Cali Coffee, making it a great choice for a quick and satisfying coffee fix.

This location is has the BEST customer service out of any coffee shop chain I’ve ever been to. I had a situation with a mobile order getting placed to the wrong location a they were so informative and kind to me and my friend and they absolutely made our day. I wish I had their names but they were genuinely the best baristas I’ve ever met and I’ll always remember the experience they made for us. I don’t ever really write reviews but they are so nice there I just had to. Thank you so much, genuinely the best customer service I’ve ever received in my life and I will not be picking any other coffee shops after this. You guys are so amazing and thank you got everything you do!!

This has easily become one of my absolute favorite coffee establishments during my family's travels. We've ordered here 5 days this week and not once have they dissapointed. Each drink has been made exactly as specified and never bitter. Not to mention the staff has always been polite and friendly and has great energy. We're going to miss this place when we go back home to Jersey.

Im here on vacation & i have been to this location 8 days in a row… the service is UNMATCHED. Every. Single. Barista or “broista” as the door calls them has been the determining factor of going here versus to the Starbucks across the road. These people truly are UNMATCHED. Had a gentleman today who was a leader of dutch bros originally from Puerto Rico (forgot his name)- and he was the BEST!!! I will forever rave about this place, their service & of course their iced cookie butter I got daily! GREAT WORK! Now the only thing we need you guys to work on is bringing one to Chicago!
